Buffalo marinated cauliflower patty topped with crema fresca, blue cheese crumbles, and seasonal greens on a Farm To Market Bread Co vegan potato bun.

A bed of trimmed whole-leaf spinach, Granny Smith apple pico de gallo, queso fresco, and crispy seasoned tortilla strips. Served with a fresh mango vinaigrette.

Ground turkey patty with chives and Granny Smith apples topped with a caramelized onion cream cheese spread and fried frizzy onions served on a house bun.

Lemon Pepper Chicken salad made with lemon pepper seasoned white meat chicken breast, celery, golden raisins, chopped walnuts, and house-made dressing served with an avocado spread on Farm To Market’s Great Grains bread.

The Brookwood joins the regular menu

Beef patty cooked to your preference, white cheddar cheese, BBQ dry rubbed smoked brisket, house-made Dr. Pepper barbecue sauce, and fresh white onion. Served with a pickle.
