The fantastic director Richard Linklater who both wrote and directed what is one of the best movies that have ever been made. This is all based on the time that he spent during High School and I just think this movie is so fantastic and you come across many of these same characters even now.
The adventures begin in a high school in Texas or the 8th graders are about to go on into High School. But of course the upperclassmen in the high school decide to give them an initiation into the first days of high school.
This movie stars Ben Affleck, Milla Jovovich, Joey Lauren Adams, Parker Posey and so many others are so good in the roles they play in. Then of course the great Matthew McConaughey in one of his first roles and he just knocked the ball out of the park. Maybe just an actor but you just have to like and also he just a good actor as well.
I’ve watched this movie so many times I watched it can I own it and I watch it all the time on any TV channel it comes on just for a few minutes. You never forget these roles and how good everybody is the parts they play in and how brilliantly Richard Linklater directed just a movie that you enjoy watching any time it comes on.
This movie is so good because there’s just a movie for the ages no matter how old you are you will always enjoy this wonderful movie and it has such a great soundtrack as well.
